We had 2 lovely days in Palma de Mallorca. Our double room with a view was arranged beautifully. The location is marvelous and particularly good for walking around a Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral. it's near bars and shopping areas.

The room was quiet and had a nice view, and there was a shower and hair dryers available.

Fairly clean hotel, AMIABLE staff & great and stunning location in the Old Town. Extremely spacious room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Lovely view of the sea and cruise ships nearby and great breakfast.

Marvellous and particularly good location to attractions like a Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral, that was next door to the hotel. Everything was simply perfect.

This place is conveniently located close to the center, right in front of the cathedral, palace, and main boutiques and restaurants, and the breakfast options were fantastic.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of a vibrant city. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a magnificent cathedral. Despite being in the bustling city center, I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was. My room, number 20, exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and comfortable amenities. The bed and pillows were heavenly, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was also impressive, boasting a large size and a fantastic shower. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. Although I didn't have breakfast, the courtyard area looked delightful. Each morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee in my room. The staff members were friendly and always ready to assist. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

During my stay, I encountered a couple of drawbacks. I was unaware that I couldn't reach the hotel by hire car due to its location in the old city.
